Our compact and trailer-mountable Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Deionization (DI) filtration systems process raw water through progressive sediment, carbon, semi-permeable membrane, and ion-exchange resin stages to strip total dissolved solids (TDS) down to 0 – 10 PPM.
The resulting demineralized pure water acts as an active dirt attractor. When sprayed under pressure via high-elevation aerial robotics (WasherDrone) or telescopic water-fed carbon poles, surfaces dry naturally under direct sunlight without requiring squeegees, wiping, or harsh chemicals.
4-Stage Water Purification Sequence
Sediment Pre-Filtration (5 Micron)
High-capacity polypropylene sediment filter traps rust flakes, silt, sand, and particulate matter, preventing premature fouling of downstream high-pressure pumps and sensitive membranes.
Granular Activated Carbon (GAC)
Removes chlorine, chloramines, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and odor. Protecting polyamide RO membranes from chlorine-induced chemical degradation is essential for membrane longevity.
High-Pressure RO Membrane Desalination
Industrial low-energy RO membrane elements separate water molecules from dissolved mineral salts, limescale, and heavy metals at 10 to 15 bar feed pressure, rejecting up to 98.5% of impurities.
Mixed-Bed DI Resin Polishing
Final ion-exchange polishing vessel absorbs remaining trace ions, reducing electrical conductivity and delivering true 0 PPM pure water quality ready for glass contact.
Digital TDS Quality Monitoring
Inline dual-probe digital TDS meters continuously measure incoming feed water and purified output conductivity, providing real-time visual alerts when resin cartridges require replacement.
